Polework clinics

The pole work clinics help to enhance the horse muscle fitness by building strength, increasing flexibility, promoting balance, precision, and coordination, and encouraging controlled, rhythmic movement.

The polework clinics

Come and attend one of Sam’s showstopping polework clinics that she runs at various locations in Essex, on a monthly basis. These sessions are aimed at the leisure horse up to the competition horse, from novice riders to professionals. Every horse and rider will benefit from these sessions due to the advanced layouts and techniques used.

Each session has a aim within the thought process, which could consist of working the horse straight, using the correct bend, rhythm tempo within the walk, trot and canter, relaxation of the horse and rider, changes of rein and many more!

Sessions are an hour long and riders work in a group of four to five.
